UI & API Integration Testing foundation w/Cypress

The team started building a Cypress framework that successfully implemented UI and API automation for the integration tests and ran them in their CI/CD platform

Eliminating production bugs with DataDog

We successfully implemented over 500+ DataDog tests within a few weeks. By raising the automation test coverage from below 30% to over 95%, we were able to detect many issues in dev and staging environments. Through this daily regression we were able to catch these efores before they leaked into into production. The Nimi team was very diligent in informing and ensuring these issues were fixed promptly.

Smoke suite automation using TypeScript

Since a more reliable automation framework was required for a brand new API library, we built it from scratch using TypeScript and Jest within a week and a half. The existing smoke suite is now completely automated.

Improved test case management and visibility

We took the responsibility of identifying the test scenarios, creating test cases by covering all the happy paths and negative test cases, and keeping the traceability with test cases and test automation using modern tools.

Flexible Data Modeling

Extended the schema to support rewards, transactions, redemptions, statements, and repayments while designing relationships between partners and communications to enable dynamic financial rules and seamless benefit calculations.

Robust Backend Architecture

Scaled financial operations using Twisp-managed ledgers, integrated Plaid for repayments and account linking, and automated transaction-based communications to keep golfers informed.

Immersive Gameplay Experience

We designed an immersive user experience for four game types — Wolf, Nassau, Round Robin, and Skins. Our team integrated GHIN APIs to deliver real-time data on golf course layouts, handicaps, and game performance, allowing users to see their progress and location on the course.

Real-Time Scorecard System

Our redesigned scorecard feature eliminates the need for paper scorekeeping. With real-time updates, users can track their scores effortlessly. We ensured the UI was clean, with minimal distractions, allowing users to focus on the game and enjoy their experience with friends.
