When we first started working with Nimi, we were not very confident that they would be able to meet our high expectations. Through our partnership with Dilip and the Nimi team, not only did the team put the effort to learn how all the golf games work, they also started making design and product decisions that showed a shared understanding of the golfer experience. The team was very hard-working, and we valued their product advisory and the energy they invested to make this product perfect on launch day. We needed to find a new set of web developers very quickly, and that's where Nimi came in. They were able to start immediately, learned our codebase very quickly, and I'm impressed by their speed of execution. Working across an 11-and-a-half-hour time difference, it's like sending off requests to Santa's elves and waking up the next morning with everything attended to. They take requests very seriously, and they're able to add and subtract resources as necessary. Their technical know-how is solid — they worked with our legacy backend as well as Salesforce. For a very small business like ours, that sort of flexibility is really key. They know what they're doing, they respond, and the pricing is fair. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
